Chloe Downing is 24 years old with Down syndrome and has a passion for clinical practice. Downing often uses her toys as her patients and takes care of them as their nurse.

Issue 20, "Nostalgia," is a reflection on the 10 years the Talisman was a magazine, including a story about its transition from a yearbook to a magazine. The designs were done by the design editor, Breanna Burba.
Western Kentucky University undergraduate Henry Laperna is a member of the new swim team that practices in the Preston Center on campus. The swim team has been going to different schools to compete. The swim team has been practicing for a year after it was suspended in 2015.
