I am a Kentucky-based photographer. I am a current student at Western Kentucky University studying visual journalism and photography with a double major in journalism. During the summer of 2026, I am working at Evansville Living Magazine in Evansville, Indiana. I worked on WKU’s Student Publications as a Magazine Photo Editor for the Talisman during the 2025-2026 school year.
When I was eleven years old, my family went on a vacation to seventeen national parks and I started to take photographs of everything. This inspired me to have an interest in photography. Ever since then, I got myself a camera which I used to take photographs when my family and I traveled.
In high school, I took a digital arts and design class that taught me the fundamentals of photography. In that class, I got introduced to studio lighting and editing for the very first time, which sparked my interest in photography even more. By my senior year of high school, I became the head photographer for the JROTC program where I was responsible for collecting and taking photos of what was happening in the program.
Some hobbies I enjoy are traveling, reading, hiking, and spending time with friends.
